Permalink Reply by Tazmanianfj on June 15, 2012 at 10:38pm The template was a little messed up. I have a swiss truck now. The pillar plate was not easy either. I also have a TRD intake so I had to modify for it. Doing it in 90+ degrees is not fun. Also hard with distractions from the kids and sick wife.

Permalink Reply by Tazmanianfj on June 15, 2012 at 11:17pm I made everything work. It just took time and patience. I went ebay also. I couldn't pass on the price.

Permalink Reply by Tazmanianfj on June 16, 2012 at 5:49am Check my last post. I made ebay a link. I looks ok for what I pay for. I'm happy. Just a pain because of the TRD intake, bolt holes not lining up perfect and the pillar plate. If I didn't have so many distractions I could have paid more attention to the bolt hole locations before actually drilling. The pillar plate was not hard to massage to make it work. It would have been nice if it was really a bolt on mod but cutting a big hole in a fender is not bolting on. If you have a stock intake it should be easier as you only have to grind the plastic down a little. If you are good with your hands you should be able to do this. Let me know if you decide to do this you are not far. I go to Sunnyvale every other weekend for my stepdaughters visits.
