Anyone ever been out to slick rock?

What time are you planning on going?  My parents are leaving to fly home roughly 9am from SFO.  After loading up the FJ I can probably get to Alpine by 1-2pm?  You think Ill be able to make it?

Also, If I do make it I would probably camp over Sat night, if anyone is planning on staying that long.

I think around 1PM is when we'll been done at Slick Rock. Maybe get the grill going. Then after, we're hitting up another run at Corral Hollow so you can def join us for that

Slick rock going to take 4_5 hours with size of group going. The earlier we hit the trail, the better. Have to factor in things going wrong or not as planned.

Corral Hollow would not really be worth the drive IMO. Great views and all but not worth the drive alone to run.

Yeah if we meet the Saturday crew at the gas station at 8AM, I think realistically, we'll start the trail at 9:30AM at the latest. We should end around 1-2PMish

Ah.. thats too bad.  I guess I wont be able to make this run.  Maybe later in the summer when I can make it up on a Friday night.
