FJ Cruisers of Northern California

Hey NorCal!

Please remember to properly credit photographers when re-posting photos. It is essential to make sure you add a photo credit when re-posting a photo that you did not take, whether it is from an external website or the NorCal FJ site.

Please do so by simply adding "photo by: photographer's name" in the description of the photo. Here is an example: Tight Squeeze

Photos that are not properly credited will be subject to removal without notice.

This also pertains to photos you take from this website and re-post to an external site (e.g. FJ Cruiser Forums). Uncredited, re-posted photos found on external websites will be subject to copyright violation and the owner of the website may be asked to remove the photo.

Thank you for your cooperation in giving props to the rightful photographers!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH....LMAO GOOD PIC..
Hey bro you should be a MODEL lol!
Thanx again for da chop, worked stellar!
Good idea. Fyi, so far all the photos on my page where shot by myself or Jo.
If I were to import a photo to my page, how do I give a credit?
I went back to see if "edit"ing was possible and couldn't see a field for Photographer. Am I missing something or is the option to credit only given at the time one imports the shot for the 1st time?
Please do so by simply adding "photo by: photographer's name" in the description of the photo.

select the photo, click "edit photo" add name to the description.
Got it. I was looking for a field to fill in, like a drop down menu of all the photographers names that I poach shots from JK.
thanx
When you upload your photo there is a description area and that's where you type the Photographer info.
If you already uploaded a photo/image you can go to that photo/image look on the bottom of the photo/image
and there should be a EDIT PHOTO that you can click and do some editing.
so thats all the stuff in our album???
bump! with all the great photos taken at SnT, please remember to credit the photographer. remember, without them you would not have any photos of your rig!!!
I'd say I do not understand some parts of the OP.

Why is that? Are you implying the "norcalfj" site takes ownership of the copyright of the material posted in it?
I think the intent is to give credit to the person who takes the picture. Pretty simple.
