new exhaust
Well it has been way to long since i was able to buy a mod from my list. So today FJ is getting a new magnaflow #11226 muffler.i always wanted the kit from magnaflow but never had the 500 bucks.i figured i really didn't need all new tubing fj already has stainless steel and i doubt i will be able to notice the difference between 2 1/2 and 3" tubing. I will let you guys know if it was worth it.

Well since i had exhaust installed i drive with the radio off :) .i wish i had a scientific way i could have tested the before and after i probably didn't get that much power but it sure feels like it driving. With my FJ being so heavy with mods it was really a slow pig before i installed this exhaust.

Great to hear you're happy with MF. I had magnaflow on my (traded-in for FJ) Dodge Magnum and loved the sound. Drone was minimal, family didn't complain so I took that as acceptance. I kept existing dia pipe (2 1/2 IIRC) to maintain backpressure/torque, did you keep stock pipe?
How's drone if any?

Yes just changed the muffler. Dont really notice it on highway
