FJ Cruisers of Northern California

I posted this on the blue room and I need some opinions?  Bottom line, is it worth the extra money and will it help the Atrac work better with better brakes?

Brake pads and rotors installed, will post up after the break in and some off road use. So far so good!
Can you give some more info about the pricing of the rotors and pads, I have 130k+ miles and still running the stock rotors and swapped out the pads with stock replacements at 55k

I went with AutoAnything.com 4 EBC Sport Rotors (GD series), EBC Green Stuff pads (7000 front - 6000 rears), $531 and free shipping.  They will price match, jump on the live chat once you put your stuff in the cart.

After driving around today with them, I agree with the others who posted that you stop 25 to 30% sooner than the OEM setup.  I put 73k on the first set, not sure how long these will last but so far, they seem to outperform the stock setup by a long shot.  Maybe I will get a chance to test them with the Atrac this weekend.

The guy who put them in for me thought I was crazy to pay that much until he test drove the FJ, then he was a believer.  He really liked the drilled and slotted rotors and the quick stopping ability of the combo.
