I'd like to change out my stock air filter for a cold air intake system any advise on which one? Open, closed??

ok so aFe or TRD...anyone installed the aFe and do u like? I've been reading some reviews and am not getting the warm and fuzzy about bang for your buck...maybe just a filter change is the way to go? Thoughts anyone?

AFE or TRD. Whatever you get, make sure it's not open type like K&N. Those are "hot air" intakes, haha.

So it's aFe or TRD thanks!...........what do you guy's think, is it worth the price? Mileage, HP, Torque, or just throw a K&N in the stock intake?

My thoughts are that the after market cold air kits are well...just a lot of hot air.

The FJ comes stock with a cold air intake system. Just my opinion.

I just think the cost doesn't justify the very small improvements.
