Yes there is the 5 buck entrance fee and camping fees so bring cash

another question that i just thought of. do i need to bring cash for any fees? do i need to get a pass or anything as well?

I'm not sure what we'll be bringing. Hopefully an ez up and possibly extra chairs. I still don't know what time we'll be headed down...I have two different possibilities: Friday early morning or Friday evening. I'm not sure which, all I do know is that trying to find camp after dark is never fun...we drove past it last year and ended up hitting the end of the beach lol 

JagyPNF, if my ride-alongs and I end up leaving later in the evening, we could try to caravan over. Then we'd at least have more people to try and find the camp in the dark. :)

You can usually find one of the ATV places selling sticky whips flag holders. Those suction cups hold on no problem at 40-50mph. I never take mine off after I get there until it's time to pack it up.

shirts would be awesome. ok guys heres the dilly-oh im working hard to make it down, my wife cant get Friday off and she works until 6:30 pm. its a 3.5 hr drive from Merced down. do we know where the location is for the camp site? so we might show up on early Saturday morning and stay for the night i have school on Monday and she has work. ill let you guys know.
